ABOUT DR. JOEL LARDI

Dr. Lardi is from the small town of Coal City, IL.  He was raised and went to school there finishing up high school.  He grew up with chiropractic in his life and knew that from an early age he was going to become a chiropractor.  He loves athletics and was a 3 sport athlete from 6th to 12th grade playing golf, track, basketball and baseball.  After high school Dr. Lardi attended Joliet Junior College to begin the trek for his undergraduate credits. Sophomore year he left home to attend Eastern Illinois University where he acquired the remaining undergraduate credits required to begin his chiropractic education.  Dr. Lardi attended Palmer College of Chiropractic where he earned his graduate level degree of Doctor of Chiropractic.

 

While attending Palmer College of Chiropractic, Dr. Lardi was a Dean's List student and has worked very hard to get to where he is today.  As a student intern in the Palmer Clinics he was nominated for the Clinical Excellence Award for his class.  Dr. Lardi also worked as a student proctor for the Dept. of Radiology and Physical Diagnosis while in his last year at Palmer College.  He had the responsibility of teaching and working with students in lower trimesters the ins and outs of differential diagnosis, physical exams and tips on radiology.  Dr. Lardi has completed all the neccessary NBCE board exams including Parts I-IV, as well as, Physiotherapy.

 

In his free time Dr. Lardi loves to enjoy the outdoors and loves to just be out in nature.  He loves it even more when he gets to do these things with his family. He participates in many outdoor activities such as hunting, mountain biking, golfing, riding motorcycles and snowboarding in the winter months.
