

Drinking Enough Water???
Think about it...Are you drinking enough water? The male body is made up of about 65% water and the female body is about 55% water. When dehydrated many bodily processes are negatively effected such as saliva production, digestion, and even your circulation. All of this water contributes to the different fluids throughout the body, so when fluid is lost it needs to be replenished. The best way to do this is by drinking WATER.
